The Kaléo Network of Women, or KNOW+, provides networking connections and opportunities that support, enrich and empower the women at our organization to grow both professionally and personally in all phases of their careers. KNOW+ is comprised of women, those who identify as female, and allies throughout Kaléo who are interested in participating within or advancing the purpose of the group.

The Kaléo DEI Council is comprised of like minded individuals who volunteer their time and talent on behalf of their co-workers to implement sustainable changes throughout the organization. Green Team

The Green Team is a group of 30+ passionate employees from across Kaléo who believe that small actions by one team can make a big impact. With innovation and excellence as core values at Kaléo, we understand the importance of empowering our employees to help reduce our overall environmental impact. We do this by providing tangible tips and changes for sustainable practices both within the workplace and in our individual lives. 

No Appetite for Bullying 

At Kaléo, we believe patients and their caregivers are experts on how their medical condition impacts their lives, and we strive to support them beyond providing medical products and solutions. That’s why Kaléo partnered with national food allergy advocacy organizations to launch No Appetite for Bullying (NAFB). NAFB aims to make a positive, lasting impact on the lives of children, teenagers and students with food allergies by encouraging them, their parents, and peers to be voices against food allergy bullying.
