										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Michael Wells is the chairman and chief executive officer for Kaléo. Michael is the founder and managing director of Princeton Biopharma Capital Partners, LLC, which he created for the purpose of providing growth capital to emerging healthcare and biopharma companies. He is also the chairman and acting CEO of Fidelis Animal Health, a portfolio company of Princeton Biopharma Capital. Prior to creating Princeton Biopharma Capital Partners, LLC, he was the founder and CEO of Aton Pharma, a pharmaceutical company focused on rare diseases, and he has been recognized as an Ernst &amp; Young Entrepreneur of the Year. After selling Aton Pharma, he partnered with Cerberus Capital Management and invested in Covis Pharma Sarl, where he served on the board until 2020 when the company was acquired by Apollo. Michael began his career at Merck &amp; Co. where he held a range of sales and marketing positions for more than eight years.</p>
<p>Michael received his BS in education and MS in physiology from the University of Pittsburgh and an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. In addition to his board service for Kaléo and Fidelis, he is also on the board of directors for the UPMC Health System and a member of the board of trustees at the University of Pittsburgh.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Randy Raisman has served as the managing director in Marathon’s Capital Solutions Group since 2012. At Marathon, he leads several large investments for the funds across the healthcare, consumer retail, financial services, travel and leisure sectors and the Municipal Bond market. With more than 20 years of investing experience, he has worked at various firms, including Apax Partners, Durham Asset Management and Chatham Asset Management. Randy started his career in leveraged finance in the investment banking division at Credit Suisse First Boston.  </p>
<p>Randy earned an MBA from Columbia University Graduate School of Business and an BBA and MAcc from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business.  </p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Before retiring from the U.S. Army in 2009, Major General (MG) Granger, MD, served as the deputy director and program executive officer of the TRICARE Management Activity, Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense (Health Affairs) in Washington, DC. Prior to joining TRICARE Management Activity, MG Granger led the largest U.S. and multi-national battlefield health system in our recent history while serving as commander, Task Force 44th Medical Command, and command surgeon for the Multinational Corps Iraq. MG Granger, certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and Board of Hematology and Oncology, is president and CEO of The 5Ps, LLC, a health care, education, and leadership consulting organization. He currently serves on the boards of Cigna (CI), Defense Logistics Health (DLHC), and Better Therapeutics, Inc. (BTTX).</p>
<p>MG Granger holds a BS in zoology/animal biology from Arkansas State University and his MD from University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, College of Medicine.</p>

She has more than 25 years of operating and global leadership experience across pre-clinical entrepreneurial start-ups, mid-cap public biotech and large pharmaceutical companies. Prior to her work with Locust Walk, Susan was chief executive officer of a private cancer immunotherapy company as well as an officer at NPS Pharma and Epizyme, both NASDAQ listed public companies. At NPS Pharma, she led corporate development and strategy and helped grow the organization into a global, commercial, rare diseases company prior to the company’s sale to Shire. As Epizyme’s principal financial officer and chief business officer, she raised $160 million in public capital. Prior to her biotech experience, Susan spent nearly 18 years at Roche in several leadership and executive positions.</p>
<p>Susan earned her BS in pharmacy from Purdue University and her MBA from New York University Stern School of Business.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Dr. Evan Bedil leads the healthcare investing strategy at Marathon Asset Management. He rejoined the firm in 2017 as managing director, having previously worked at Marathon as a vice president and the senior healthcare investment analyst investing in drug royalties and loans from 2005 to 2008. Prior to rejoining Marathon, Evan was a partner at Healthcare Capital Solutions/Crown Sterling LLC. From 2011 to 2015, Evan managed PDL BioPharma’s investments in drug royalties and structured credit that invested over $750 million. Following his business school studies, Evan also spent two years at Morgan Stanley in biotechnology equity research and was a board observer at Parnell Pharmaceuticals.</p>
<p>Evan earned an MBA from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business and his MBBCh (MD equivalent) from the University of the Witwatersrand Medical School in Johannesburg, South Africa.</p>
